Adaptogenic Matcha Latte

Our go to latte every morning. It's basically ingrained in our routine at this point: wake up, meditate, matcha, repeat... This latte is simple and with our superfood matcha, its a great way to kick start your gut and your morning!


What You'll Need:

  • Amarah Wellness Adaptogenic Matcha

  • Plant-based milk (we prefer barista oat)

  • Amarah Wellness Matcha Accessory Kit: Matcha bowl, bamboo whisk, and bamboo ladle

  • Milk Frother (optional)


Instructions:


  1. Bring 1/2 a cup of hot water to a boil

  2. Once your water is boiled, add it to your matcha bowl

  3. Then using your ladle, grab a large spoonful of matcha and add it to your hot water.

  4. Whisk with your bamboo whisked until the matcha and hot water are blended.

  5. Separately, heat up a 1/2 cup of milk.

  6. Froth milk to your desired frothiness (optional).

  7. Add your matcha to your hot milk and add some sweetener (optional)

  8. Enjoy!
