Ashwagandha Latte

Ashwagangha Lattes always leave us feeling warm, balanced and grounded. This latte is delicious and also has great health benefits. Ashwagandha is traditionally used as an adaptogen, which can be used to help manage conditions related to stress. It is believed to help the body resist physical and mental stress. This latte is a great way to help end your day, or to help soothe and relax you.

What You'll Need:

  • 1 cup of plant based milk

  • 1 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon of either honey or monk fruit


  1. Carefully heat the milk, but do not bring to a boil

  2. Stir in the spices and then froth your milk. (either using a frother or our matcha whisk)

  3. Enjoy!
