Golden Milk Latte

Turmeric lattes help boost immunity, carry antioxidants and are anti-inflammatory. They are great when you feel like you need a little extra boost, or to just to keep on feeling healthy. We usually have these about once or twice a week :).



What You'll Need:

  • Plant Based Milk (we prefer oat)

  • Turmeric Powder

  • Monk Fruit Sweetener or Your Preferred

  • Ground Cinnamon

  • A pot

  • A mug

Instructions:

  1. Measure our the amount of milk you want to have in the mug you will be using. Then pour that amount in a pot.

  2. Bring your milk to a low simmer

  3. Then remove from heat and add 1 TSP of Turmeric, 1 TBSP of monk fruit sweetener, and 1/2 TSP of cinnamon.

  4. Stir until frothed. (Or use our matcha whisk to froth. It works for all types of lattes!)

  5. And you're done! Enjoy your yummy superfood latte!
